Leadership -for middle managers
The purpose of the training is:
Preparing the participants for the effective management of the human factors, problems of cooperation, and the development of their leadership skills during the work.
Competences obtainable during the training:
He is able to make productive use of the diversity of personalities. He recognizes the concept of empathy, developing empathic skills. His proactivity and accountability levels are increasing. He becomes capable of empathic communication, of compassionate attention, of the other party's feelings. His awareness of conflict situations increases, he knows his conflict management preferences and conflict management methods. He is increasing willingness and success in situations requiring co-operation.
Scope of the training: 24 hours (8 hours theory, 16 hours practice)
